I graduated top of the class from King's College London, and after completing the Part III course at Cambridge I completed my PhD in 2017 in Algebraic Number Theory. I am currently a lecturer in the Mathematics Department at King's College London, and in the past have taught at the London School of Economics as well as at King's College London Mathematics School.
I have over 15 years of experience in tutoring mathematics, especially for GCSE and A-level examinations. I am familiar with the current GCSE, iGCSE and A-level syllabus for Edexcel, OCR and MEI (including further maths).
I also offer university level tuition for most 1st year courses and more advanced courses (up to Masters level) in algebra, number theory and analysis.
I am able to help prepare students for Oxbridge entrance exams (such as the MAT), STEP examinations and Oxbridge interviews in subjects related to mathematics.
I have been awarded the 'Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award' at King's College and the departmental 'Class Teacher Prize' at LSE, both on multiple occasions. In the academic year 2019-2020 I was awarded the prize for Online Teaching from LSE's student union. I am also a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
I am very flexible and will adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of the student. I have experience in teaching home-schooled students, and am able to teach the syllabus from scratch.
