Hi! I’m a passionate and patient tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students build confidence in their studies. I’m currently at university and achieved 100% in my first-year maths module, as well as 72.5% in my electronics and mechanics module so I understand what it takes to master challenging material! I’ve always loved breaking down tricky concepts and explaining things in a way that actually makes sense, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help others feel the same way.

Tutoring Experience

My tutoring journey started after my own experience with A-levels, which wasn’t always smooth sailing. I struggled with a few subjects and often found the pressure overwhelming until I started working with a fantastic tutor who helped me turn things around. He guided me step by step, and that support inspired me to do the same for others. Since then, I’ve been tutoring students of different ages and abilities, helping them prepare for exams, improve their understanding, and boost their confidence. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I use that experience to help others move forward.

Tutoring Approach

I teach online via Microsoft Teams, using a whiteboard that I screenshare throughout the session to demonstrate everything clearly and visually. Lessons are based around past paper questions and exam-style problems to make sure you're not just learning the content, but actually learning how to use it under exam conditions. I tailor the pace to suit each student — whether you need to slow it down or push a bit further and I’m always here to explain things as many times as needed. I focus a lot on exam technique, timing strategies, and spotting common errors so you walk into the exam room feeling calm, confident, and prepared. Payments are made in advance via bank transfer, and everything is kept simple and stress-free.
