I am a qualified Maths teacher teaching with over four years of experience. I offer online lessons that are engaging and fun and have helped many students achieve amazing grades as well as build up their confidence and resilience.

I am also an assistant curriculum lead for Maths at my school. As my job includes making exam papers and continually updating the maths schemes of work and therefore I have been exposed to the maths curriculum in its entirety.

I have an excellent record of my students achieving their target grades or higher in their GCSEs. In my most recent year 11 class, 87% of student achieved grades 7-9. 63% of these students received grades 8 and 9.

Tutoring Approach

The most vital step as a tutor is to gauge what learning style fits my students best, what level they are currently working at, and what level they would like to achieve. This allows me to structure my lessons fully tailored to individual students.

I use Google meets or Zoom for lessons, and ensure that they are as interactive as possible by using a tablet and pen for live teaching, instead of just putting up questions/answers with no method!

Depending on whether you are just starting on a topic, or would like extra help in a particular area, I can help you by preparing suitable resources to ensure that your endpoint is reached successfully.
