Hello! I’m Annie. I am a 27 year old science teacher turned project manager. I went to University in Newcastle and now I live in Manchester with my sister.

Tutoring Experience

I am an ex secondary school science teacher. I trained with TeachFirst and gained QTS and PGDE in Science. I have 2:1 Bsc Hons in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry. I have done private tuition for over 5 years.

Tutoring Approach

I work with my students to help them understand key concepts and decipher problems. I understand science can be a super challenging subject and I aim to help unpick difficult topics into manageable chunks for students to digest. I work on exam and revision techniques with my students. Most importantly, I want students to feel comfortable to ask for help & support whenever they need, as I’m here to facilitate their learning.
