I am experienced in lecturing & tutoring - 19 years. I have lectured and tutored at Lancaster University Management School, where I was awarded a PhD in Management Learning & Leadership, and at two other top UK Universities. I have a master's degree from the LSE in Organisational & Social Psychology, a BSc Hons in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Teaching Certificate in Higher Education.

Tutoring Experience

I have lectured and tutored for Lancaster University and I have worked professionally in managerial and supervisory roles for the education, culture and arts, and social care sectors. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and I hold a teaching certificate in Higher Education.

Tutoring Approach

Having a psychology background and industry experience I bring a supportive coaching approach to the tutoring session and motivate and encourage students to attain their learning goals.
I tutor management and leadership research design, dissertations, and doctoral research. How to write an essay, including writing skills and structure, and knowledge of management & leadership, and business-related topics although not economics and accounting topics.
