Having studied English Literature, French and Spanish at A-Level, and tutored students aged 7-18 in varying disciplines over the years, I believe that engaging in study outside of the classroom is essential in developing proper insight into one’s subjects and fostering an enjoyable relationship with studying.

The students that I have coached debating won every competition where I tutored them, reinforcing my belief that tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style and subject of focus is vital for each student's education, in order to help them achieve their academic goals.

Tutoring Experience

After many years coaching debaters of different ages across multiple disciplines, I am comfortable tailoring my lessons by age and by subject. I believe that everyone learns differently and that it is my job to adapt to the needs of the student in order to put them in great stead to accomplish top grades. Whatever learning styles you work best with, we will take on together.

Tutoring Approach

My lessons are built to help you meet specific needs; whether that be wrapping your head around a complex philosophical topic, analysing scenes of Shakespeare or getting to grips with Spanish tenses and idioms. I aim to meet the specific learning needs of my students and use methods that are best for their individual learning styles throughout.
