I am a qualified secondary Maths teacher and Head of Maths at one of the outstanding secondary schools. Also hold Mechanical Engineering as my first degree, which enables me with a deeper understanding of the subject which I am passionate about. By being part of an outstanding schools, I am fully aware of the GCSE syllabus and grading system.

Tutoring Experience

I am an open minded, hard working and enthusiastic individual. I believe that every child is different and learn differently also that there is no alternative for hard work and with hard work, anything and everything could be achieved. I have the ability to motivate young people. During my 10 years of teaching experience, I have taught many students as a one to one and also as a small group and saw my students making good progress. I have the ability to explain and teach complicated content into simple chunks. I aim to make tutoring fun and exciting for learners and I love to help my students progress in their learning and exceed their targets.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching style depends up on the individual student and his/her needs. I regularly assess and reflect upon my teaching to be best it can be, so learners have the best opportunity to succeed. As well as this, I tailor lessons to meet the needs of each individual child and give them my full support throughout tutoring.
