Amy is a fantastic tutor for my son who is doing maths and economics A levels. She is very understanding, explains things very clearly and has very helpful resources. She was also quick to be flexible and change topics when my son had a test on a particular topic the next day.

Amy is absolutely excellent & our 19 year old son says she is very good which is a rare compliment. She’s young , enthusiastic , dynamic & very up to date. Amy was quick to reply to our request & changed her plans to accommodate our sons resit timetable.
I would highly recommend her. 5 stars excellent.

Amy was huge support for my daughter in preparing her for the start of A-Levels. Having had her GCSEs cancelled, and planning to go onto study A-Level Economics, my daughter wanted support to make sure she was ready after the long summer Covid break. Amy delivered on all fronts. Thank you!

My son, in Year 13, had to make a decision to study for an additional A Level in one year. We purchased an online Economics course and then looked for a tutor to teach, support and guide him through the course. Amy has been fantastic. She encourages him to think about the subject and discuss topics rather than just lecture. She uses an appropriate amount of exam questions to ensure that each topic is fully understood which is giving our son the confidence needed to be fully prepared for the exams. She is professional but also extremely approachable making A Level Economics enjoyable and easy to understand for a teenager who can be easily distracted!

Have only praise for Amy. Takes some to inspire an 18 year old son in Economics but she does seem to be doing the job!

Amy is an execellent tutor and has greatly helped my son.

My son is severely dyslexic and at times very lazy and disorganised.

Before meeting Amy, my son struggled to process some economical concepts and remember details.

Over the past year he has improved to the extent that other students in his class have asked him ‘why are you so sick’ at economics. I believe ‘sick’ means good! Also during class conversations, his teacher has commented on his range of knowledge.

One to one tutoring with Amy has improved his confidence, knowledge and organisational skills. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Easily the best tutor and teacher. She explains even the hardest content in a clear coherent way which makes them simple to understand. Her knowledge on exam technique is undoubtedly nothing but exceptional.

Matt met Amy today for his first lesson and was really impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to "go the extra mile" to help him prepare for his A level exams.

My daughter Emily saw Amy for a number of extra-curricula Maths GCSE sessions as she was very unconfident in all aspects of Maths and was unlikely to pass a GCSE. Amy was calm, patient, organised and very friendly. She helped Emily build her confidence by narrowing the range of subjects she needed to focus on and showing her that she understood more than realised. She also taught her how to structure her exam so she got the best from it. I'm happy to say that Emily passed her GCSE!! We would highly recommend Amy.

Amy was very kind and patient with my daughter. We had a very short time to prepare for her GCSE exam so she focused on the areas that needed improvement and explained these in a different way to what my daughter was used to, which helped a lot with her confidence facing exam questions.

Katie enjoys her tutorials because you are organised, plan her sessions with a clear objectives, quick to detect her misunderstandings/lack of knowledge and good at explaining so she comprehends. If only we had you as her teacher in school and knew that she that she was having such difficulties earlier on. She has definitely grown in confidence and improved. It is now up to her to learn the facts/principles and apply them to the questions set next week. We are certainly in a much better position than we were 2 months ago. Thank you for your help

Amy is organised and efficient. She knows her subject (A Level Economics) well and is able to pass on that understanding to my daughter. She is enthusiastic and encourages my daughter to think about the subject and push further for information. I highly recommend her.
