Now, a little about me:

I’m a fully qualified UK Maths teacher with over a decade of experience. I hold an MMATH (First Class) from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from UCL — one of the top 10 universities in the world. I’ve also worked as an A-Level examiner, giving me a deep understanding of the marking process and how to help students perform under exam conditions.

I teach online, both 1:1 and in small groups, and all my students get full access to my custom-made video lessons and resource library. For the best results, I recommend learning with me three times per week — this allows us to make fast progress through the course while also fixing any knowledge gaps along the way.

Tutoring Approach

I teach A-Level Maths and Further Maths using a structured, step-by-step system that focuses on deep understanding, not memorising methods or copying mark schemes. Every topic is introduced from the ground up, starting with the basics and gradually increasing in difficulty until students are confident with the toughest exam questions.

I use my own custom notes, hand-picked questions from both the new and old specifications, and a full library of video resources to ensure students are fully prepared for every variation an exam can throw at them.

Most students are capable but have never been shown a system that actually makes sense. My job is to change that. I help bridge the gap between what is taught in school and what is actually required to succeed in the exam. I don’t just go through the content. I teach students how to think clearly and logically about maths.
