Hi, I'm Ally and I'm a friendly, dedicated and reliable tutor. I’m very passionate about education and learning and also very kind and patient with my students. My full time job is a flight attendant which means my availability is not the same every week but I do have a lot of free time for my students!
I have a First Class BA degree in Criminology, a 120 hour TEFL certificate, basic DBS and am qualified in aviation medical (including first aid) I am currently studying an SEN speech and language therapy course.

Tutoring Experience

I engage my students with activities and usually move on from one topic every 15 minutes or so to keep the students focused. Once I know what the student needs to work on I can tailor lessons to focus on what they need most.

I currently tutor six students in-person and online aged between 5 and 11, the majority of my students have SEN such as ASD, ADHD and I tutor neurotypical students also.

As an experienced tutor, I specialize in primary education (all subjects) as well as English at all levels catering to the individual learning needs of each student. I tailor my approach to each individual student to make learning enjoyable and productive for all.

In addition to my current students -
I have 7 years experience of tutoring including teaching my own classes of children in Taiwan, Italy, Spain as well as teaching students online. I have taught children from the ages of 5 - adult and have taught all ages online. I have helped prepare students for various exams such as 11+, SATs, IELTs and interview preparations also.
