Hello!
My name is Alicia and I'm a 22 year old Classics graduate now based in London. I have a varied mix of previous teaching experience which allows me to develop to different learning styles and environments. With the COVID-19 pandemic disrupting school, I believe that extra help is even more valuable and important to students where perhaps you are not able to receive personal help in classrooms to the same extent.

Peer assisted learning at secondary school with younger learners at Leweston School.
ACLE Summer Camp Tutor, teaching English to Italian students aged 5-13 through activities and drama.

Tutoring Approach

I am a strong believer in the power of self confidence. I am well-versed in the curriculum and assessments, but I also like to focus on building confidence in your own ability.
I like to talk to students to get to the root of why your traditional learning is not fulfilling your needs entirely, and designing a unique, dynamic approach to your course material so you can engage more fully.
