I am a graduate in Modern Languages who is passionate about the learning and speaking of European Languages. I learnt French and Spanish as a native English speaker so I have a good idea of the challenges faced by learners of European languages. I have lived in France and South America and use my languages in my work in the business world on a daily basis. I can offer holiday Spanish, holiday French and bring you to conversational level in 4 - 5 lessons. Also academic tuition to GCSE and A Level.

Tutoring Experience

A fully qualified teacher of French and Spanish, I have a great deal of experience in one on one tuition and have coached students to gain top grades in both GCSE and A Level.

I have approximately five years of experience as a classroom teacher to both A Level and GCSE students.

Tutoring Approach

I believe in allowing the student to dictate the pace of the lesson - it is their learning experience and they need to be in control of the way in which they learn. Everyone learns languages in different ways and so I will always create a bespoke methodology for each tutee. It is also important to bear in mind the aims of the session - whether it is to gain a better grade in GCSE, acheive spoken fluency or to communicate for holiday purposes.
