Hey! My name is Aaron and I am a recent Economics graduate (Upper Class Second) from the University of Bath (2022). I have experience working in Big Tech, the Big 4, private equity and startups. In January 2023, I started my Masters in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology (US) which I am completing on a part-time basis (current GPA: 4.0). I now work in strategy in one of the UK's fastest growing AI startups. I am passionate about using my experience across various academic disciplines and workplaces to support the learning and development of others.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored several GCSE and A-level students to success in Maths and Economics. I have also supported in breaking down the university landscape and helping students to navigate the decision making and application process to universities. Here, I can help students to decide on the best options to match their career objectives, as well as help them to prepare and edit their personal statement.

I can also leverage my existing network to help students gain access to previous and existing university students - providing inside access to student university life.

Tutoring Approach

As a strategist, my exam-based approach is centred around helping students understand what they need to deliver in exams. I will leverage my personal and teaching experience to support students in developing critical exam skills and techniques. This involves reviewing mark schemes and obtaining a deep understanding of the expectations of examiners.

I will support students with everything they need to not only achieve their maximum grades, but also feel awesome when they're studying. I will provide constructive feedback on students' work, targeting key development areas and helping them to reach their full potential.

My general principle in life is that meaningful work and meaningful relationships are the key to a successful academic and professional career. I am passionate about helping students to understand the broader context of their studies and how it relates to current affairs.
