I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic tutor, who knows exactly what is needed to reach the top grades! I have achieved a First Class Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene and Therapy at the University of Leeds and am now currently in my third year studying Dentistry. My recent academic success at A levels (including A grades in both Chemistry and Biology) means I have a good grasp on the current syllabus and have great understanding of exam technique. My genuine passion for Biology will make learning enjoyable whilst being extremely effective, which always gets the best grades !

Tutoring Experience

Throughout my A level studies, I was a tutor for a small group of GCSE science students who struggled with both motivation and exam technique. After 12 months of tutoring, all students reached A grades and above, and went on to study their desired subjects. In the more recent future, I have returned to my Sixth form at exam season, to hold revision classes in both Biology and Chemistry. I presented my concise revision guides, which will be available for all my students. I was able to share top tips for revision, motivation, stress management and crucial exam technique.

I have the ability to provide personalised study plans which are tailored to the students learning style, and I'm happy to be completely guided by the student on what content they wish to cover.

Tutoring Approach

Firstly, I will understand the students needs, which will allow us to create both short term and long term goals to ultimately reach the top grades.
