Shuai's feedback about William Gage (Beginner Cello tuition near Edinburgh)
Gage is very friendly and very patient when teaching my daughter who has a light form of autism. Great teacher!
Maia's feedback about Lois (Beginner Singing tuition near Edinburgh)
I haven’t sung before and was nervous about the prospect but I’m the few sessions I’ve had so far, Lois has been fantastic at encouraging me and helping me improve. She’s also been really accommodating of my inability to commit to weekly sessions and I’m really pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a warm and friendly person to teach!
Rosa's feedback about Dominika (Beginner Violin tuition near Edinburgh)
I just had my first lesson with Dominika and was very impressed! I first started playing violin as a child but hadn’t played in about 15 years, so I wasn’t sure exactly how to get back into things, but Dominika was able to pick up very quickly on the areas I needed to focus on and come up with a plan for moving forward. I came out of our lesson very excited and inspired to get back into the habit of playing again. Thank you so much!
Maria's feedback about Robert (Beginner Piano tuition near Edinburgh)
Robert is a great tutor. There is a clear sequence in each lesson, allowing me to develop my skills step-by-step. His explanations are always clear and insightful, and have helped me to appreciate the complexity and beauty of music. Thank you Robert!
Denis's feedback about Patricia (Casual Guitar tuition near Edinburgh)
As a mature student of retirement age, I have decided to learn how to play the guitar properly. I have been strumming most of my adult life but want to improve my skill level to match my Music Theory knowledge. After three visits I can see that I have made the correct choice of a tutor who will help me achieve my goal. I thought that we would have started at a point making use of my knowledge base, but to my delight we have started at the very beginning at the same level as any of her child pupils. This to me is a great advantage because it allows me to overcome my many bad habits while recapping on the theory I do know (but may have forgotten). In our tutorials Patricia is kind, encouraging, and patient demonstrating empathy for her pupil. I could not give this tutor anything but the highest praise for her approach to teaching her subject. In closing I would like to say that if you are thinking of taking lessons from Patricia do not hesitate you will find, as I have, one of the best available tutors for your needs.
Susan's feedback about Dario (Beginner Guitar tuition near Edinburgh)
I have now had four lessons with Dario so far on the acoustic guitar, and he is proving to be an excellent tutor. He is very knowledgeable, is patient with my beginner mistakes, he paces the lessons well and makes them interesting. He sets appropriate homework and responds promptly to any questions I have. I would thoroughly recommend him as a guitar tutor.
Caitlyn's feedback about Jonathan (Beginner Violin tuition near Edinburgh)
Did not begin lessons with Jonathan due to a miscommunication regarding the price of lessons. Jonathan was very kind about the error, and seems like he would be a great teacher!
Joanna's feedback about Rebecca (Beginner Piano tuition near Edinburgh)
Rebecca is exceptional; Professional, thrust-worthy, lovely and an absolute treasure. We have 2 children and Rebecca quickly understood each of their levels and takes an adjusted lovely approach to their piano lessons. We are absolutely delighted to have found Rebecca.
Adeline's feedback about Jonathan (Advanced Violin tuition near Edinburgh)
Jonathan was quick to respond and communicate. excellent communication from query to booking trial lesson. will highly recommend Jonathan.
Anna's feedback about William Gage (Expert Cello tuition near Edinburgh)
Gage is a fantastic teacher who brings great energy to cello lessons. Lessons are well organised and I feel like I have made progress. Coming back to learning after a few years presents challenges, but Gage helped me to recognise and correct some bad habits so I'm now more comfortable playing the cello, and excited to keep learning. His teaching style is friendly and fun, he also listens well and tailors lessons to my goals.
