Jon is a real perfectionist and he puts all of his heart and effort into the lessons. He is a great musician and a very patient teacher. He has tailored the lessons specifically to my abilities and taste in music; I love his choice of songs! He is also very flexible with our timetable and when I cannot make it on a particular day, he does not mind rescheduling for a different day or hour. Another great thing about lessons with Jon is his very effective way of reinforcing the content of the lessons through a series of video files that he records and sends to me after each lesson. It really helps a person who is as forgetful as I am. On the whole, he is the best guitar teacher I have ever had and I would truly recommend him to anyone interested in learning the instrument.
