I have over 15 years experience playing Piano accordion, performing in a diverse range bands playing styles including Folk, Klezmer/Balkan, Swing, Latin-Cumbia-Salsa, Irish Trad, French Musette and many others.

JosefFrom Jacob (5/5): I have had a few lessons with Josef so far. Josef has always been on time and I have already begun to get a few pieces under my belt. Josef has made our lessons fun and engaging and manages to select the right pieces to challenge me and develop my abilities.

Reply from: Josef: It's been a pleasure teaching Ursula, who has a great desire to learn and improve. It's been very nice to find out what music she likes playing so that I can prepare and plan pieces that are fun and relevant to her level.
From Poppy (/5): Josef has been very patient teaching me the very basics of piano accordion and in just a few short months I am able to play several tunes due to his clear instruction and demonstrations. Communication is great and he’s always on time for lessons. He’s very knowledgable about different types of accordion music and provides sheet music virtually with finger patterns to practise from. Thanks Josef!
Reply from: Josef: It's been great teaching Poppy and seeing how she's progressed in a relatively very short time starting from very little previous accordion experience. It's been nice to discover new music that she enjoys and plan the classes to her interests and musical growth!

The lessons are always fun and the music is great. He is also very accomodating of my hectic lifestyle which I really appreciate.
