Ros was a great tutor, that made me feel at ease straight away. One of my, and I suspect many peoples, fears is actually vocalizing a new language. With Ros' demeaner and empathy I immediately felt at ease with starting to say things out loud instead of just in my head. I spend a large portion of my year in Switzerland (German speaking region) so haven't really had a chance to get stuck into learning French. This is why I enlisted Ros' help!
