Richa is very encouraging right from the very beginning when assessing our baseline and we look forward to our lessons each week. She also tries to tailor the lessons best suited to our needs such as our every day jobs which is extremely helpful. Also due to focussing on speaking rather than reading or writing we have found it is much easier to progress by writing sentences phonetically - and have learnt a lot having only had a few lessons. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to progress in speaking - it's a shame we can't fit more in!
