Easyread - Learn to read the easy way
It is estimated that Dyslexia is experienced by between 4-8% of schoolchildren across England. It is believed that dyslexia is more common in boys than girls, but so far what causes Dyslexia is unknown. Dyslexia primarily affects the reading ability of an individual, but the extent to which is does so depends on the severity of their individual condition.
Easyread is an organisation who have designed specialist online learning programs to help those with Dyslexia and other reading difficulties. They offer a free trial to assess the child, and then a series of short lessons to be done either at home or at school. Motivational prizes are also offered, to both encourage the child and celebrate their progress.
