Personal Description:
I am originally from Taiwan, lived in Japan for 15 years, speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, English, Japanese and some German and Spanish and now moved to UK to study my master in Public Health.
I travel quite often, love learning languages and cooking/baking. I often have home parties and enjoy cooking for the parties. Cooking to me is fun and I hope I can show you how you can enjoy cooking and make great meals as well!
Teaching Experience:
I teach friends how to cook, such as lasagna, roast chicken, meat dumplings, pork schnitzel … from Asian to western food!
Teaching Approach:
Show students how food is prepared and cooked with tips.
Students will be learning the ingredients and taste the food so they can cook the same food or improvise with the knowledge that they have learned.
