Personal Description:

I'm an Actor Musician in my third and final year at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. I've been studying and performing as an actor and musician both as separate and combined disciplines most of my life. I'm an acting coach and I also teach the clarinet and saxophone.

Teaching Experience:

In the last year I've helped students get into drama schools by relaying my experience as an actor and student. I had an excellent one-to-one coach in my year out when I was preparing for drama school auditions and I found having the guidance of a drama school graduate invaluable. Over the years I have been a student and I have worked in various theatre companies. It is this experience which I relay to my students.

Teaching Approach:

I'm flexible in how I teach and will help students find more layers to their work and help improve their confidence as young actors. I specialise in teaching students Acting and Actor Musician audition technique. For students who are working towards drama school auditions I'm aware of the varying criteria for audition pieces. I will help pick out and explore the best monologues to showcase the student at the audition. I implement useful exercises and feedback in my teaching, to insure students are getting the most out of their practice, both in the lesson and at home.
