Having a doctorate in Applied Mathematics and after teaching at university level for 18 years, my passion towards mathematics encouraged me to motivate much younger students in schools towards this extra-ordinary subject of Mathematics. With this idea, I successfully completed my PGCE from Institute of Education, University of London and am currently teaching in an outstanding private school in North-West London. Here, I teach all abilities and all year groups in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. I am also a form tutor to a group of 22 vibrant boys that includes pastoral care as well as looking after their academic progress. I have been able to develop an in-depth knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum including 11+ and keep myself updated with all the changes happening in the UK education system to ensure that my students receive the correct guidance and support.

Due to COVID-19, I adapted my teaching style and moved to online tutoring. Even if things are back to some normality, the online tutoring has been extremely successful and most preferred mode of teaching for my current students and parents.

Tutoring Experience

I have 21 years of teaching experience at various level and my students range from teenagers to adult learners. Teaching is my passion and life-long career and I am providing private tutoring for about ten years now. I teach all Year groups at KS3, KS4 and KS5; with specialisation in teaching Further Mathematics at A Level.

I believe that every student is capable of understanding this beautiful subject, all your child needs is a tutor/mentor who can understand her/his current abilities, future targets and how best she/he can achieve them; and just guide through to the success. Once they get the correct support and work ethic, they are bound to shine as a star. I will spend time with your child and design an individual teaching programme that suits their needs and abilities. They will not only be able to develop their strengths in the subject but also be able to fill the gaps in their knowledge.
