It is essential to identify student level before any session begins.

2) Regular review & performance appraisals
It would good to have the review for academic study, especially for academy writing and exams. In my experiences, there were many students have really bad writing in the test, such as construction, efficient idea building, academic language uses and etc.

3) Learning to Learn

Everyone has to learn the way they are comfortable to learn, not only for academic, it also helps in the future working and studying.
