My 7 year old son Riley decided he wanted to learn to play the guitar. He received a guitar for his birthday and up until this point he had never even held a guitar before, so I was a little sceptical. We are not a musical family but I wanted to encourage him as much as possible. In my view we couldn't have picked a better tutor for Riley. His progress after just a few lessons has amazed me. Matthew explains things clearly, has lots of patience and is very encouraging. Riley really enjoys his lessons and looks forward to them each week. Perhaps we will have a musician in the family after all :) I would highly recommend Matthew. He is clearly very experienced when it comes to teaching children and very talented.
