From Anthony (/5): I couldn't have hand-picked a better tutor. The lessons are fun, informative, and very well-structured.The study materials we are using are excellent. I have tried to teach myself Italian for several years with very slow progress. Although we are only three lessons in, Valentina has provided the clarity and direction I needed and the rate at which I'm learning has already accelerated.

From Annette (/5): Couldn't fault her. My husband and I had several lessons with valentina having no knowledge of Italian or Italy at all. She was flexible with timings - tweaked the course so that we had classes to suit our needs rather than following scripted modules - we are going to Italy on holiday - she was professional yet managed to make the learning fun. Would highly recommend her.

From Evon S (/5): Valentina is a fantastic teacher. She has a lively and positive approach and clearly knows her stuff. The resource book she uses is clearly set out and well graduated. I love my lessons with Valentina and the knowledge that she brings to the lessons. I definitely don't feel that she wants to plough through the book, but really wants to teach the language in a holistic way.

For us learning Italian will be something we enjoy doing for many many months to come and we all agree that we absolutely made the right decision when we chose Valentina as our teacher. From Robin (/5): Classes have been satisfactory although we have not had many due to Christmas. Valentina has prepared for each class, has asked each of us to read and has brought all of us into conversation. It may be that she over rates our ability to follow spoken Italian as she speaks quite quickly. Whilst this is a good thing in that it will better equip us for speaking to Italians, possibly she needs to work up to it a bit more slowly
