Personal Description:

I am an experience Greek language teacher, teaching in schools and tutoring for over 10 years. I hold a BA, MA and PhD in Modern Greek History from the University of Athens, Greece, and have taught at university level for many years in Greece.

Teaching Experience:

I am teaching for over 10 years Modern Greek Language to students who are sitting their GCSE and A Level exams either face to face or online. I prepare my own material if needed and tailor my lessons to the needs of each one of my students.

Teaching Approach:

I use a wide range of resources to improve listening, reading, writing and speaking skills among my students. Using simple rules and an approach based on the structure of the English language, I guide my students through the intricacies of the Greek language. Especially for beginners, I follow the EPI method, boosting confidence from the beginning of their journey in the Greek language.
