Personal Description:

My name is Jonna, I'm 33, originally from Hamburg, Germany. I have been in London for the past 7 years and absolutely love it. In my free time I do stand-up comedy, Youtube and travel as much as possible. :)

I love teaching German, because languages are fun (as cheesy as that sounds) and they bring people together. I have a B.A. in English and Italian, so the academic background of linguistics is helping a lot when I teach. But my biggest goal is to have fun with my students and make them excited about Deutschland! :)

Teaching Experience:

I have teaching experience with both business clients as well as kids and students. Insurance companies and law firms like Allianz and White & Case LLP are only some of my well-known business clients.
I have been teaching for more than 8 years now and have a BA degree from the University of Hamburg.

Teaching Approach:

At first, I always like to have a call with my potential new student, or their parents, to see if we "match".
I then like to start with 4-6 lessons to get the ball rolling. I always kindly ask my clients to pay in advance for each new block of 4-6 lessons. Those pre-paid lessons have to be taken within 3 months of payment. This system has always worked out great, but I'm happy to discuss different options. :)
