Personal Description:

I am professional, patient and supportive tutor. I have been English/EFL language tutor for twelve years. I worked at CJO in Dzierzoniow in Poland, teaching English to various students, aged between 6 and 50 and I have been providing English tuition in the UK since 2007 to both children and adults. I worked as a supply teacher in many schools in Essex county through Classroom Call Education Services based in Colchester. I also worked as a secondary school teacher preparing students to GCSE English language and literature exam at St Leonards Academy. I have also experience in teaching foundation university courses through work experience at Bellerbys College in Brighton. I truly enjoy my work and I put lots of passion and enthusiasm in my teaching, which always gives excellent results. I always incorporate elements of fun into lesson to make learning enjoyable. As a Polish language native speaker I am able to provide Polish tuition at all levels.

Teaching Experience:

I am qualified English and EFL teacher, registered with GTC and CRB checked. I have MA in sociolinguistics and BA in English grammar, which gave me an excellent understanding of English grammar and other linguistic aspects. I am also familiar with British and American literature and history, therfore if students are interested I incorporate some facts from British and American history and culture. When it comes to Polish language I have some experience in teaching Polish, as well adequate qualifications. I am qualified to teach foundation university courses to prepare students to study at British universities.

Teaching Approach:

I always adjust lesson plans to the needs of my students taking into consideration the purpose of learning, learning style, pace of learning of my tutees, as well as their personality. I teach in a relaxed atmosphere however, at the same time I always try to motivate my students to achieve their full potential and discover their knowledge and talents. My enthusiasm and way of teaching has always given great results to my tutees, improving grades, passing exams or simply learning language for your own satisfaction.
