Personal Description:

Hi there, I am a professional photographer with over 20 years in the business. I specialise in Art and Architectural Photography but also cover Fashion, Portraits, Lifestyle, Conference and Wedding photography. In the UK I also produce Landscape Images for Image galleries and international publications.

Teaching Experience:

I have had several opportunities over the years to teach photography working with assistants for large events and with fashion shoots. I have helped budding professionals and amateurs alike to advance their understanding of visual approaches and technical skills. I have extensive knowledge of working with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and helped many to advance their knowledge of these work spaces.

Teaching Approach:

My teaching involves a relaxed hands on approach allowing you to learn new ways of composing images and learning to take into account lighting both from natural and artificial sources. Focus can be on the visual or technical aspects for which you feel there is room for improvement. This might include field trips to beautiful locations in your area or working on image editing and processing on your computer.

My aim was to improve my conversational and practical French for day-to-day usage in my job, and Tim has been very good at striking the balance between the technical aspects of the language and its practical usage.
