Personal Description:

I teach cookery classes in Southern African cookery across the Uk. I make use oflocal ingredients in most of the dishes,and just cook them in a new different way South African style! I can teach one to one or in groups.

I have many years of training experience of practical cooking and theory both in the uk and abroad.
