Personal Description:

I love good food and seek to inspire people to cook wholesome, inexpensive meals for themselves and their families.
I think students, young parents and people who would just like to learn a few recipes could benefit greatly from my tuition.

Teaching Experience:

I have taught a variety of subjects in state and private schools for 24 years.
For the last 3 years I have been teaching cookery in Primary schools to children aged 5 - 11 and also to their parents.

Teaching Approach:

I see the opportunity to help you to discover new skills as a real privilege.
I am happy to work with complete beginners and teach very basic skills, tailoring recipes to suit your taste and abilities.
