Personal Description:

I am an MA student living in Bromsgrove with my own transport. I travel to Stratford-upon-Avon regularly for class so am often in that area as well. I study MA Shakespeare and Theatre and have a degree in Drama and Theatre Studies. I enjoy cinema, theatre and reading.
I am trained in many aspects of psychical acting and have received distinctions for mt creative writing.
I specialise in play-writing and improvisation.

Teaching Experience:

Have taught English as a foreign language in Kenya.
Have looked after and tutored an 8 year old boy in Canterbury.
Worked in a primary school in New Zealand teaching 4-8 year old - some with language difficulties.
Have led many drama based workshops.

Teaching Approach:

I, like many children, found it very hard to concentrate in school, I therefore understand why children sometimes are not reaching their full potential in school. I make tutoring fun but make sure that the targets are still being reached.
