Personal Description:

My name is Janine and I am absolutely passionate about plantbased food! I have been plantbased/vegan since 2010 and am really excited about helping others on their journey. I have a diploma in plantbased nutrition and whether you want to try a few dishes or completely transform your lifestyle I am here to help!

Teaching Experience:

The majority of my teaching has been with family and friends in a face to face environment. However I can also facilitate these classes online. I also have an Instagram page where I share tips and tricks for everyone to try.

Teaching Approach:

Everyone is different….so I always try to understand the needs of my clients and tailor the sessions around them. I am flexible and want you to get the most out of your session. I also take the time to keep up to date with new cooking techniques and ingredients so my clients get a rounded experience.
