Personal Description:
I'm a part-time primary school teacher who loves to knit. I would like to share this skill with others.
Teaching Experience:
I teach children at school and have also taught friends how to knit. I have been knitting for many years and enjoy making a range of different items.
Teaching Approach:
It's a straight forward craft, using two different stitches in different combinations to create patterns. I like to teach the basic stitches and how to create fabric with them by showing and guiding as the project develops. Students can choose a project to work on or I can help select one.
