Personal Description:

I am a professional actor, director and acting teacher working privately and in drama schools across the UK. I trained at drama school myself and have been professionally acting for over 15 years and am the head teacher of both Play With Fire Acting Studios and Mindful Acting.

Teaching Experience:

I teach in both Drama Schools, colleges, and private acting institutions as well as running my own private classes and 1-1 acting sessions.

Teaching Approach:

My aim, first and foremost as a teacher, is to help actors develop a sustainable and healthy relationship towards acting and life. I was compelled to start offering actors what I felt was an area that was most overlooked in the industry yet the most helpful towards becoming a better, happier actor - Mindfulness

I offer bespoke private acting session as well as group classes aimed at approaching acting training through the lens of mindfulness and compassion.
