I strongly recommend Roy as an english teacher. He previously prepares the lessons and tries to vary the exercises. During the lessons, he is very flexible: even if he has prepared different exercises, if you need to work on a different thing, he is open to help you. He is very attentive and he rapidly identifies the areas to be improved and focuses next lesson's exercises to that areas.
