Personal Description:

I am a third year Computer Science and math student at the University of Guelph. I have excelled in all of my math and computer science course from high school and through university. I find my best learning comes when I take my time and focus on the concepts as opposed to memorization. I enjoy being outdoors, photography, and hockey.

Tutoring Experience:

My teaching experience comes mostly from my time in school and helping my classmates with various math and computer science concepts and problems.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring consists of focusing on teaching the topic on a conceptual level, and in a away that emphasizes understanding what we are doing and why we are doing it, instead of trying to memorize and brute force our way through it. I will focus on introducing the topic in a simple manner, in a way that the student can comfortably grasp it, and from there slowly build on top of it, without losing sight of the final goal at hand.
