Personal Description:

I am a 33-year-old writer and community organizer. I have worked in numerous political organizations (such as the Council of Canadians and Canadian Youth Climate Coalition). I also have experience working with children of many different ages, as well as working with people with Autism and ADHD.

I am a fun, friendly and passionate person and excellent with sensitive or shy children.

Tutoring Experience:

I have limited teaching experience, but as I am immuno-compromised seeking new ways to work with children. I have worked with people with Autism, ADHD, as well as other disabilities as care aids.

I have at least 5 years of experience writing and editing essays. I studied English and Political Science in post-secondary.

I have always enjoyed teaching when I encountered it in daily life so believe I would be an excellent tutor!

Tutoring Approach:

I am deeply compassionate and patient, and I believing learning occurs when a student is relaxed and having fun.

I love writing and expressing my ideas and would be happy to help you or your child become a confident, effective writer!
