Received intensive training in interpretation between Arabic to English and vice versa.

Helped the Red Cross personnel in communicating with the Syrian refugees when they arrived to Trudeau Airport (Interpreting from English to Arabic).

Helped the Syrian refugees in communicating with the Red Cross personnel and the Airport officials (interpreting from Arabic to English).
