Personal Description:

Introduction
I am Sandra. I am a native English speaker, and I live in London, Ontario, Canada. I am outgoing. I love teaching adults as well as kids. I have met students from all over the world, and therefore I have learnt a lot about different cultures. This has helped me understand and appreciate different types of people. I am approachable, kind, and love helping others accomplish their goal of learning English.
I am happy to teach corporate students Business English so that they can communicate better with their clients. It is also great to teach kids so that they can move up to the next level.

Qualifications & Experience
I have a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal Canada, a Graduate Management Diploma from McGill University in Montreal, and an TEFL certificate from The University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada with a Specialization in teaching kids and adults in Business English.
I have several years experience in tutoring kids in English. I have taught adults Accounting and Business in the Community Colleges, such as George Brown College, Seneca College in Toronto, and Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Presently I am assisting with the English as a Second Language programme at North Park Community Church. We have students from China, Korea, Brazil, Spain, Columbia and several other countries.
It is such a pleasure to meet students from all over the world, since this has made me more accustomed to their cultural needs. I love conversing with people from different countries.
I have taught Accounting, Business, and Business Math, as well as I have worked in the Business and Banking Sector for several years. With my strong business qualifications, I am well qualified to teach corporate clients Business English.
My experience working with in my private tutoring business, and in the local schools have prepared me to teach kids online as well.

Tutoring Approach:

Teaching Approach
My tutoring style is as such, that I assess the student's ability, then I quickly adapt my tutoring style to accommodate the needs of the student. I usually prepare a plan as to where the student must be, then I work with the student to get him or her to that point of accomplishment. I believe in a tutoring style in which the student is given ample time to practice his English. I also try to make my classes interesting and motivating for the student to learn.
