Personal Description:

Hello, my name is Sam.

I am a UNB Bachelor of Education student. I have a Masters in Statistics from McMaster University as well as a Bachelors in Math and Statistics with a minor in Physics. I am fluent in French, having lived in Trois-Pistoles and Trois-Rivières. My first language is English.
My passion is languages and teaching.
I am knowledgeable, good with people and great at teaching.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored for several businesses such as ONCOURSE Education, Sylvan Learning and the Physics Help Initiative (PHI). I was a teacher’s assistant (TA) at my university, often lecturing to students and have been tutoring for the last five years to help fund my education.
For Maths and Statistics (Data Management), I can teach anything from middle school (grade 6) to university level math courses.
For Physics, I can teach anything from high school (grade 10) up to first year university courses.
For Sciences, I can teach all middle school and high school courses.

Tutoring Approach:

I do a one on one class, do as many questions and explain in as many different ways as necessary to develop understanding. I also use IXL and Art of Problem solving as my main resources.
