Personal Description:

Hi there! My name is Saayma and I am an Ontario Certified Elementary and Secondary Teacher specializing in Mathematics. I am passionate about teaching and am dedicated to helping my students succeed. I make sure to get to know each and every one of my student as the individual that they are, and use their strengths to help work around their areas of weakness and climb that bridge to success!

Tutoring Experience:

Over the past 5 years, I have accumulated experience tutoring students privately in a variety of subjects mostly elementary, with a specific focus on Mathematics classes. I have also helped to co-teach various classes as part of an Internship including grades 4, 5, 7, and 8. During this time I taught a variety of curriculum content which included intertwining several subjects such as math, language arts, science, and visual arts.

Tutoring Approach:

Due to certain commitments, I am available for online tutoring only at this time. I provide a one-on-one tutoring approach unaccompanied by surrounding distractions. I am flexible in terms of timings of the day and days of the week.
