Personal Description:

I am a Senior Research Fellow who studies sleep. I have a lot of teaching and tutoring experience that I would love to use to help students remain focused as they reach for their educational goals. If you are seeking math tutoring, I can offer support and guidance at any level.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics. I graduated with both my master's and Ph.D. in Bioengineering. I have a lot of teaching experience, both in 1-on-1 and traditional settings. I have taught a variety of college-level courses, as well as worked with students of all ages.

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring is a collaborative experience that should involve enthusiasm, flexibility, and fair-mindedness. I encourage my students to lead the way, while I expand on the concepts and skills in which they'd like to grow. Students can benefit from feeling ownership over the learning process when they are involved in the planning process.
