Personal Description:
I am a working professional in Power Industry as an Engineer. I have B. Eng in Electrical Engineering and recently completed my M.Eng in Nuclear Engineering. Both times, I graduated with Dean's honors. I also have 6 years of practical experience and I strongly understand what works outside the classroom.
Tutoring Experience:
I have experience working with students in high school, college and university. I have also been a lab instructor at University of Ontario Tech (formerly known as UOIT) for a Computer Science program for Year 2 university students.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach is to work on the basics, while making sure that the students understand the methods of problem solving and critical thought process. I prefer to use visuals and examples. This allows students to learn faster as they are able to remember things better this way.
Above all, the key to success in tutoring is patience and creating a friendly environment.
