In the meantime, I serve as a Mentor at the New Ventures BC and the business-incubator at the University of BC, helping startup companies to identify strategic business opportunities and develop strategic plans.

Working experience:

Paul planned and launched a number of multi-million businesses from the ground up at:

- Omnicomm – Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Launched new sales offices in EU, Brazil, Mexico, and India.
- GE Healthcare - Country Sales Director. Planned and launched a new business unit in the country
- Fluke Networks - Business Development Manager in the region Eastern Europe-Middle East and Africa.
