Personal Description:

Hello. My name is Millicent and I teach math. I have taught children from ages 6 to 14 years with mixed abilities for ten years. I am very jovial and believe that children need a friendly environment to flourish academically especially, in mathematics.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching for the past ten years children (6-14) with mixed abilities and also volunteer teaching at church.

Tutoring Approach:

My form of teaching is inquiry-based where students will have the opportunity to find out things for themselves through play and questions. I believe that when children are guided to find answers to questions themselves, they understand better which leads to finding out answers to more complex questions.
