Personal Description:

I can support students in many areas of mathematics, whether they could use a hand in preparing for the SAT Math or they're struggling in high school economics. I have always enjoyed teaching others and have spent a lot of my life sharing knowledge. I aim to help students learn independently while I serve as a guide and keep them motivated.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a lot of experience in teaching outside of the classroom. I spent four years as a babysitter, which included homework support. In school, I have tutored my peers, as well as served for five years as a teaching assistant at a Sunday school. I spent a summer in Spain planning classes and activities for students between the ages of six and 15. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Economics.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that learning should be fun. To that end, I enjoy making assignments into games that can keep students engaged and challenged as they work. I can use tests and assignments to measure their skill level, which can help determine the direction to take their lesson plan.
