Personal Description:

I'm a senior PhD candidate in mechanical engineering at the U of T. I have a solid background in mathematics which has been the basis of my accomplishments at high school and later, at the university. Sine I love teaching, I have been a TA for several courses at the university.
Based on the students' evaluations at the end of each semester at the U of T, I have always received more than 90% satisfaction rate.
I am experienced, patient, polite and supportive to all my students, and help them learn in a friendly environment while I'm so sensitive they understand the fundamentals.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been a teaching assistant for several math courses at the U of T during the past 3 years, including Calculus I and II, Linear Algebra and Programming. I have also been tutoring college and high school students for their math courses.

Tutoring Approach:

We'll first review whatever you have been taught in class, and make sure you have understood the fundamentals. Then we'll focus on problems given by the instructor or the one's in the reference textbook. And, we will work on some more sophisticated and comprehensive problems taken from previous year exams.
