Personal Description:

I am a home maker currently residing in Michigan,USA.I am a canadian permanent resident as well as lived in Edmonton for the past few years and recently moved here.Previously I was a software developer in my home country as well as in Canada.I have 6 years of work expereice in the tech field and i am now looking to open my horizons in the teaching area.

Tutoring Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills in working with junior developers to train about the entire end to end architecture, roles and responsibilities, coding etc. required for the project.
• Involved in code reviews and quality assurance as a senior developer in my professional experience for 6 years.
• Succeeded in taking seminars for juniors in subjects like Engineering Physics, Chemistry, Math, Random process, principles of management, Integrated circuits etc. during my engineering background.
• Succeeded in helping students in college raise their grades by an average of 30%.
• Experience in home tutoring students up to junior high level in subjects like English Grammar,Tamil,Environmental science, Physics, chemistry,Math,Biology,Geography,History back in India
• Modified the teaching styles to tailor the needs and background of each student.

Seeking to explore my horizons as online teacher and share my skills of science and math from my engineering background and my web skills like html,css,javascript,jquery,C# from my software background skills. Has a solid understanding of all learning styles as well as using asynchronous online platforms for tutoring needs. Individualizes tutoring for students according to content tutoring needs assessments.
